• What is MetaPaid about?

  MetaPaid is a permission-based marketing company.

   

  Are MetaPaid services available worldwide?

  No, we are only setup to accept members from United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom

   

  How old do you have to be to join and use MetaPaid?

  You must be 18 or older to have an account.

   

  What are the restrictions?

  1 account per person per household.

   

  Can I have multiple accounts?

  No. If we catch you with mutiple accounts, we will suspend all of your accounts and you will forfeit all of your earnings.

   

  Is there a limit how often I can use MetaPaid?

  You may use MetaPaid services as often as you would like.

   

  I tried to submit a credit request and I get the message ERROR: Your confirmation email must include full headers

  You need to provide the full email headers for the credit request form to process in the Confirmation E-Mail field. An example of this is to include:
  message-id:
  received:
  date:
  

   

  I was denied credit for an offer. Can I participate in the same offer again?

  No, you may not participate in any offer that you were denied credit for. Please be aware once you have been approved for an offer, you may no longer participate in the same offer again.

   

  How much money can I make?

  We pay our members a large portion of what our advertisers pay us so your earnings would vary from month to month. The more offers that interest you that you participate in, the more potential you have of increasing your earnings.

   

  Do I have to pay anything when signing up for MetaPaid offers?

  Depending on the offer, you may be required to make a payment in order to complete the offer properly.

   

  What is Net 15? When will I get paid?

  MetaPaid members are paid Net 15 via PayPal when their earnings exceed $10. Payments will be sent on the 16th of the month on orders that have been approved from 1st to the 15th of the month. On order that have been approved from the 16th to the end of the month, payments will be sent on the 1st of the following month. Unpaid amounts will be carried over to the next month.

   

  I signed up for an offer and it isn't showing on my member page.

  Make sure you filled out a Credit Request form when you complete an offer so we can credit your account.

   

  There are several offers that I have completed and have not received an email or anything. What should I do?

  Just try to fill out the credit request to the best of your ability. Even if you didn't get a confirmation email, fill out the credit request and put in the email address that you used when you signed up for the offer, We usually can give our members credit based off your email address you signed up with.

   

  How will I know how much money I have earned?

  You can check you earnings by logging in and checking your stats.
